FEES
—
Annual fees at the Swifts include:
FA and FV registration fees (includes insurance)
Referee fees
Coaching costs
Training equipment
Pitch marking
Trophies/Presentation events
Facilities costs
Pitch rental fees
First aid equipment
Club administration
We are still finalising our fees for 2025, below are the fees for 2024 season. We will update this page when fees are confirmed.
Type | Membership | Uniform |
---|---|---|
MiniRoos | $315 | $131 |
Junior Girls (U12–U16) |
$365 | $163 |
Senior Women (19–35) |
$410 | $176 |
Senior Women (35+) |
$370 | $176 |
We strongly believe that cost shouldn’t be a barrier to participation. We set our fees lower than actual club running costs and fundraise throughout the year to cover the additional expense.
UNIFORM
—
If you are new to the club you will also need to purchase a uniform kit. This can be purchased through TeamApp – all details are in the news section of TeamApp.
Kits required are:
Shirt – home
Shirt – alternate (excluding MiniRoos)
Black shorts
Black socks – home
White socks – alternate (Seniors only)
Jacket
Not provided are boots and shin pads. Shin pads are mandatory for training and games.
Order the kit as individual items through TeamApp and for shirt numbers, please include your preference. We will endeavoUr to give you a preferred number if it’s not already taken.
The kits aren’t changing in 2024, so if you are a returning player, no need to purchase another kit.
INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS
—
An International Transfer Clearance (ITC) is required for every player aged 10 years or older who is playing for the first time and is not an Australian citizen, or whose last registration was overseas. This is a FIFA requirement to ensure players are not under contract or suspended, and is applicable even if the player is now an Australian citizen or if they have been registered in Australia or Victoria previously.
FFA will determine whether an ITC is required from you based on your registration details. If an ITC is required we will contact you to request further details and submit the application on your behalf.
An ITC can take up to 30 days to process, so please ensure you register earlier rather than later so you don’t miss out on any games.
