Players

MSFC has senior women’s teams in State 3 West, State 4 West and State 4 North and three junior girls’ team competing in the MiniRoos North West League.

For its senior women’s teams, MSFC welcomes all players over the age of 16. Training is tailored for a wide range of skill levels – from beginners through to experienced players.

The coaches establish the senior women’s teams in conversation with players over the first four to five weeks of pre-season training. Until then, all players train together, which provides a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.

The thing I like most about MSFC is … the diversity of the women the club attracts and how accepting everyone is of each other. Also we are mostly in the same age group and therefore have same talking points and interests.
Apart from playing soccer, my favorite thing to do on the weekend is … to watch the A-League with mates at the Sporting Globe with hot buffalo wings and a good pint for accompaniment. Oh, of course, Melbourne City winning the championship.
